Requirements/ Eligibility for Canada Study Visa
- You must have been accepted by a school, college, university in Canada.
- You must prove that you have money to pay your tuition fees & expenses.
- You must be able to afford the return transportation for yourself.
- You must be a law-abiding citizen with no past & present criminal record.
- You must be in sound health and willing to give a medical examination.
- You must satisfy an immigration officer about your leaving after course completion.
In some cases, you do not require a study permit at all. They are listed below:
- If the course you are studying is less that 6 months in duration.
- If you are a staff or family member of a foreign representative.
- If you are a member of a foreign armed force.
